In Episode 4 of Samurai Champloo
Ishimatsu demands that Mugen be fired as he has just killed a fellow member. But Nagatomi waves it off, saying that it was a good thing that he was able to show him off to the gang. Jin and Sousuke are also discussing the nights events. Learning that all they have to do is get to Nagatomi, as the rest of the gang would simply fall apart afterwards. Meanwhile, Fuu chats with Osuzu about a good way to escape. But Osuzu doesn't want to escape, she knows that if she does, that the Nagatomi gang will kill her father, Daigorou.
